Don't Go to Masterclass with Kha... Unless

Don't go to Masterclass with Kha. Unless you are prepared to learn that you are capable of anything.

I mean that. Kha Ly doesn't teach tactics. He forces you to think outside the box, bigger than you thought you could.

Here's the question I ask every planner I talk to: are you looking to host an exceptional event?

You could host 100 people. But are you dreaming big enough?

Most event ideas get scaled back long before they reach a venue. Not because the idea was wrong, but because the planner wasn't sure how they'd pull it off. I've watched it happen for years, from both sides of the hotel front desk.

This is what I do. You share your event idea with me, the big version, not the scaled-back one. And I quietly handle the rest.

The room block. The contracts. Every attendee's travel and housing. The transfers, the meals, the on-site coordination, the small details nobody thinks about until they go wrong.

I'm Nicci Grotefendt. I run corporate events at Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando. My background is hotel general management, so I handle the details most planners never see.

If you're planning something in Orlando, let's talk. Start with the Corporate Event Travel Checklist I plan every event from. It's free. And if you like how I think, let's have a conversation about your event.
